Greetings, As the newly appointed President of Women of Distinction Inc. (“WOD”), I am honored that I have an opportunity to serve at a higher level in an organization of strong women leaders who are creative, multi-talented and God-fearing Servants. My focus as President is adhering to WOD’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. I will serve our communities, while working collectively with WOD members and community partners to make a difference in the lives of others. My goal is to cultivate sisterhood, grow and elevate WOD to the next level and leave a lasting impact for generations to come. As I embark on the new leadership role that has been blessed by Alfreda Stukes, WOD Founder & CEO, the Executive Board, and orchestrated by God in his divine time, “I pledge to serve with dignity and honesty, while being open mined with an open heart, and using the gifts and talents that God has given me to fulfill what HE has purposed in my heart.”
