Overview
Women of Distinction Inc. (“WOD”) based in Georgia started its work in the underserved communities of Atlanta and its suburbs in 2005. This laid the foundation for the organization becoming incorporated as a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization on December 27th, 2010. WOD provides opportunities for women and their families by facilitating access to community resources such as healthcare, education, mentorship, and other tools for success.
