Mission:

To provide a sisterhood in which female veterans can effectively transition from military to civilian life through mentorship.

Vision:

To offer the life-skills needed to navigate and successfully overcome the challenges of moving from surviving military life to thriving in civilian life.

Program Goals and Objectives

• Address the major issues that hinder a smooth transition to civilian life: healthcare, mental health services, housing, childcare and employment

   

• Provide oversight and coordination of program initiatives with veteran women
  
  
• Invest in partnerships that will connect, empower, promote and support career development and entrepreneurship 
  
  
• Provide continuous education opportunities that will enhance hiring eligibility: leadership in the civilian world, interviewing skills, writing, etc.
  
  
• Promote community outreach to help women veterans rebuild their voice in the civilian world.
